VisionFirst is committed to protecting your privacy.  This statement of privacy explains data collection and use of your information.  Your personal information will not be shared with anyone except the Regional Billing Office at VisionFirst in order to process your request.  This policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons that are not employees, agents or within our control.  Please take time to read our Terms of Use.

Collection of Information

When you visit our site, we may capture your browser type, browser version and Internet provider as well as the paths that you take as you move from page to page.  None of this information is retained in such a way to identify you as an individual.  This may be used to improve the content and layout of our website.

VisionFirst is committed to protecting the personal information we collect.  Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, an industry standard for transmitting data securely over the internet, is used to encrypt the information before it is transmitted to us.  Once we receive the information, your data is protected through a combination of strictly enforced procedures and a secured computer network designed in accordance with the best practice guidelines.  Firewalls and data encryption are used to protect your data.

VisionFirst may make changes to this policy from time to time.  Changes to this policy will be posted on our site.

While this Privacy Policy states our standards for maintenance of data and we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards.  There may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of data.  As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representatives relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of data.
