Dry Eye

Dry eye occurs when an individual does not produce enough tears to keep the eye comfortable and healthy. Symptoms of dry eye include:

  • Stinging or burning
  • Scratchiness
  • Excessive mucus in or around the eyes
  • Vision becomes blurred after periods of reading, watching TV or using a computer
