Dr. Philip Baier
My Dear Patients:It is with mixed emotions that I announce my departure from practice after 25 years here in Frankfort. It is difficult to part with people that have become an integral part of my life. I have been offered an opportunity to practice in Florida and be nearer to my aging father and I will be relocating in the summer of 2006. I am extremely gratified by the trust that you have put in me over the last quarter century. I am also pleased that I will be leaving my patients in very good hands.
Dr. Stallard has been an integral part of this practice for over ten years and I am confident that he will be more than capable of continuing to meet your vision and eye health needs. I have the utmost confidence in him and he will have the support of my incredible office staff.
I wish you good health and happiness. It has been my honor and privilege to care for you.
Best Regards,
Dr. Baier
